You have options! New Haven's tiny Tweed Airport has a handful of very limited flights (mostly from Florida) and is about 30 minutes from Westbrook. Hartford's Bradley International Airport is the closest "real" airport at about an hour's drive, with Providence, RI a close second. If you are looking for more options with direct flights, both JFK and Boston Logan are about two hours' away.

The ceremony will take place at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Westbrook, CT, which is about 3 minutes from Water's Edge Resort and Spa. The ceremony will being at 5:00pm, followed by Cocktail Hour and Reception at Water's Edge Resort at 6:30 pm. The church is very small and only has neighborhood on-street parking. We are offering transportation to and from Water's Edge (which has lots of parking) to St. Paul's church. We'll share more details as the date gets closer.

We love kids! However, we are limited on space (and kids get bored), so please contact us directly if you'd like to bring your children as we may have some options.

You may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! No need for tuxedos, but our families will be in suits and dresses.

The reception will be held indoors, but the cocktail hour will be outside. The resort is located on the Connecticut waterfront, overlooking the Long Island Sound. There will likely be a breeze and New England weather can be unpredictable so you want to bring a shawl. You will have access to the resort's beach if you are interested in a walk along the shore.

We have a room block at Water's Edge Resort, which is where the reception will take place, but you are free to stay anywhere you like! Check the "Travel" page for some additional lodging suggestions.
